Driver blames Tesla vehicle’s autonomous mode for speeding
Thunder Bay OPP got to hear a new excuse for speeding after pulling over a driver last week.
A Toronto man was pulled over on Highway 11/17 after a patrol car’s radar clocked his car going at 125 km/h in a 90 zone.
The driver then blamed the vehicle being in “autonomous mode” for why it was speeding.
The driver was charged nonetheless.
